NMS has experience working within the operational environment, as well as in technical consulting and head office corporate functions.

Recent work has included due diligence for investment (in various forms) in critical minerals operations and projects, LoM study, ore reserve review, scoping study, technical and economic assessment for off-take agreements, geotechnical review, cut-off grade analysis, operational oversight and senior site based secondments.

NMS depth of experience is rooted in the hard rock mining, of both underground and open pit environments. 

NMS has experience in mechanized and hand-held mining methods in the underground environment from an operator, manager and designer’s perspective. 

NMS has project experience in open pit mining through projects at concept to PFS level,  various due diligence and portfolio oversight work. 

NMS mining experience includes mining operations and projects producing from 100ktpa to 50Mtpa of ore. 

A demonstrated understanding of commercial perspectives in mining and decision making forms an important basis of all work

Commodities experience includes: copper, zinc, cobalt, vanadaium, rare eraths, nickel, lead, tin, silver, gold.

NMS draws on other external resources to assist in additional fields of work as required.
