Noetic Mining Solutions (NMS) provides technical & operational mining advisory & consultancy services.

NMS has a track record of delivering to its clients at a tactical and strategic level of work in the fields of mine finance (private equity, royalty, streams, prepayment, etc.), mine projects and mine operations.

Competency

Over 30 years international experience in management/technical aspects of operating, consulting and project development in base and precious metals around the world.

Competency based on having managed a 6 Mtpa underground mine, leading roles in due diligence for equity, debt, off-take, royalties & streams financing, operational oversight, short term technical services leadership/support, project direction, technical leadership of studies from Concept to PFS and Non-Executive Directorship.

Integrity

Operating in accord to professional principles, code of ethics and practices, while delivering honest and robust services to meet clients needs.

NMS's Principal Mining Engineer is a Fellow of the IOM3 with Chartered Engineer status, as well as a Fellow and Chartered Professional of the AusIMM.

Value Adding

Value takes various forms and can be different from site to site and Client to Client. NMS seeks to understand the value drivers for the Client and the project before the start of any work.

Whatever the nature of the project/site and the timeline of the work, the value driver needs to be understood at the start of the work. NMS then executes the work to investigate, assess and identify actions to deliver the value adding work to achieve the Client's objectives. NMS focuses on this approach in all its work and never just takes a mechanistic approach to its work.
